Circuit Civil
Located on the second floor of the Kim C. Hammond Justice Center, the Circuit Civil Division has jurisdiction over civil actions in which the matter in controversy exceeds the sum of $50,000.00, actions involving the title and boundaries of real property, injunctions, product liability, declaratory judgments, mortgage foreclosures, auto negligence, professional malpractice, contract indebtedness, eminent domain and other matters where a claimant may be made whole by receiving a money judgment.

County Civil
Located on the second floor of the Kim C. Hammond Justice Center, the County Civil Division handles cases involving a monetary judgment from $8,000.01 to $50,000, all matters of eviction, declaratory judgments, foreclosure of mortgages, negligence, breach of contract, damages and other matters where a claimant may be made whole by receiving a money judgment.
